The only mistake you can make is not asking for help - Sandeep J

The standard of care received at CCDS showcases our professional and human sides. Loved ones are cared for..simple

We ensure patients daily lives are as normal as possible and centred on a flexible approach to providing the best possible support.

Social Model of Care

Our social model of care regards dementia as a disability, where a marked difference can be made to quality of life by the way people with the disability are supported, through their home life and social environment.

Intentional Living

We create awareness at social and faith gatherings, community gatherings and at work places. We ensure that people have the right information to adequately socially support the family and relatives of people living with dementia.

As research shows, people living with dementia often withdraw from social activities knowing that they tend to forget things easily. This often results in isolation which in turn makes the individual suffering with dementia to become vulnerable, exposing them to abuse. Group activities could help individual to socialise within their community and this can improve their quality of life and self-worth.
